There is a nice Chardonnay and Pinot Noir perspective.  As we embark on this journey together, it really is important to come in and taste as frequently as possible. (Yes, even in these freezing temperatures…. lol)  I selected the ninety-nine bottles of wine for you, so that you can really begin to understand a sense of place.  When you come and and compare a specific varietal side by side, you are really able to discover the nuances of place.  It also helps me to discover your vinotype.  When many of you visit, you ask me what I like and my response to you is  “I like all of them”.  This is an adventure.  It is a very rare opportunity for you to be able to taste these very low production and limited allocation wines by the ounce.  So, truly come in and taste, make your notes and explore your own desires.  I just ran a three month report to see what you are tasting and what you are buying.  It helps me understand where each of your pallets are at this time.
